[MidoNet] Announcing MidoNet Mini-Summit Tokyo (October 26)

Heads-up: MidoNet Mini-Summit is now MidoDay Tokyo 2015, and the new
official hashtag is accordingly #MidoDay :)

However, the links were spread too wide already and will therefore not
be changed - they remain valid with the old name.
